1000 Startup Digital National Movement is a movement to realize the potential of Indonesia as The Digital Energy of Asia in 2020 with reveal 1000 startup that bring solution to the various problems by utilizing digital technology.
This movement was initiated by KIBAR and supported by the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia. KIBAR is a company that aims to build an ecosystem of technology in Indonesia through capacity building initiatives, mentoring and incubation in various cities.
SDSN Youth is an initiative of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network; a program launched by UN Secretary General in 2012 to mobilise global expertise around the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
SDSN Youth educates young people about the challenges of sustainable development and creates opportunities for them to use their creativity and knowledge to pioneer innovative solutions for the SDGs. In addition, SDSN Youth creates platforms for young people to connect, collaborate and integrate their ideas and perspectives into national and regional pathways for implementation of the SDGs.
U-Report Indonesia is a poll system that uses social media, Twitter @UReport_id Indonesia as a platform so that youth can express the aspirations, opinions, and ideas on issues affecting youth and adolescents in Indonesia.
This poll involves the participation of youth and adolescents through the questions to be analyzed and also to be shared with government partners to create positive change.
Youth Network on Violence Against Children
Youth Network on Violence against Children (YNVAC) comprises representatives of 5 different youth organizations working on child-related issues: Action! (violence against children), Aliansi Remaja Independen (sexual and reproductive health and rights), Kompak (trafficking), Sinergi Muda (empowerment), and Sudah Dong (bullying).
YNVAC is a youth partner of UNICEF Indonesia; working to tackle problems relating to violence against children.
